Success IQ enables users to delete their account and associated personal data in a clear and secure way. This policy explains how account deletion works and how users can request it.

Your right to delete your account

You may delete your Success IQ account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When an account is deleted, associated personal data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

How to delete your account

Users can delete their account directly in the app by navigating to:

• Settings > Account > Delete Account

If deletion fails or you need assistance, you can request removal by email.

Requesting deletion by email

Send a deletion request to mobusinesstech@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. Include the email address registered with your Success IQ account.

What happens after deletion

When your account is deleted, we will:

• remove your profile and authentication data;
• delete or anonymize your app content, such as tasks, goals, habits, notes, expenses, and wellness data;
• stop processing any personal data associated with the deleted account;
• retain only information that is required by applicable law or to comply with legal obligations.
